Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

PAYPAL

With PayPal, you can be sure of a secure, convenient, and reliable payment transaction. You can also pay with your credit card securely through PayPal.

DEBIT or CREDIT CARD

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Upon checkout, choose the PayPal option to process your payment with or without a PayPal account.

BANK DEPOSIT

No PayPal account or Credit Card? No problem. We accept payment through bank deposit or online bank-to-bank fund transfer. Bank details are sent to your email after placing an order.

REMITTANCE CENTERS (LBC, Palawan Express, Cebuana and MLhullier)

We also accept payments through the remittance centers such as LBC, Palawan Express, Cebuana and MLhullier. Details are sent to your email after placing an order.

DIGITAL CASH (GCash and Maya)

We also accept payments through digital cash applications such as GCash and Maya. Details are sent to your email after placing an order.

How do I pay via Credit Card / PayPal?

Upon checkout, select the PayPal option. If you’d like to pay via credit card and don’t have a PayPal account, you will still have to choose the PayPal option as it is the one to process your payment.

If payment is successful and you’ve received order confirmation in your designated email, all you have to do is wait for your order to arrive.

How do I pay via bank deposit/online fund transfer/remittance centers/or digital cash apps?

Upon checkout, select any of the following options:

- Bank Deposit / Online Fund Transfer

- GCash / Maya

- Remittance Centers (LBC, Palawan Express, Cebuana, and MLhullier)

You will receive an order confirmation email with instructions from us right after placing your order. The order confirmation email contains all the details you need to complete your order.

After successful payment, simply reply to the order confirmation email with your proof of payment as an attachment on or before the specified deadline. If you’ve paid via bank deposit or remittance centers attach a clear scanned copy or clear photo of your deposit slip. If you’ve paid via online or mobile banking or digital cash app, please attach a screenshot of the fund transfer confirmation. 

Kindly settle your payment within the next 2 banking days (e.g. If you ordered on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, you should send proof of payment on or before 11:59PM of Tuesday, which is the next banking day - unless it is a holiday, then you can send proof of payment the next day). Stocks are limited, so if you haven't sent us proof of payment within the specified deadline, your order will automatically be canceled without notice.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

As of now, we don’t accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments but we are working on having this supported. Stay tuned for announcements soon!

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship plastic-free?

That’s a big YES! We only use plastic-free, biodegradable, recyclable, and whenever possible reused materials for our shipments with the assurance that your package will be well protected during transit from us to your doorstep. We’ve sourced the following materials for our shipment to stay true to our commitment and values:

- Compostable Mailer

- Corrugated Boxes

- Bamboo Paper Honeycomb Wrap

- Kraft Tape or Jute String

Which courier are you using to ship your orders?

We use J&T Express for all orders.

How much is your shipping fee?

For orders ₱1898 and below, the shipping fee varies between Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao based on courier rates which range from P130 to P180 only.

For orders ₱1899 and above, shipping is FREE!

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, enjoy FREE SHIPPING if your order reaches P1899 and above.

Do you do meet-ups? Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we don’t do meet-ups nor we don’t have a physical store. If there are any suggestions feel free to reach out to us, it’s part of our commitment to make it easy for customers to shop sustainable alternatives.
